My strength has always been in leadership.
I’ve led corporate teams, improved overall engagement scores, and helped create environments where people felt more connected, supported, and motivated to do their best work.
At OhioHealth, I was selected to support leadership development efforts where managers helped train and grow other managers. I was also certified through FranklinCovey to teach The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, giving me practical tools to help people lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose.
The last mayoral election made something clear: residents want to be heard in a new way.
To me, strong leadership isn’t about ego. It’s about listening closely, asking better questions, understanding what’s already working, and being honest about what needs to change. It means respecting the people currently serving this city while also bringing the courage and fresh perspective needed to move us forward.
I know what strong leadership can do when people feel heard, valued, and included in the process.

Pickerington's diversity is something to be proud of.
One of the things I love most about this city is how many different kinds of people call it home, different backgrounds, different stories, different ways of seeing things. That's something I want to keep building on.
Local businesses are the backbone of this city.
The shops, restaurants, and services that make up Pickerington are an important part of our local economy. They're part of its identity. I want to see more small, local businesses succeed.
Every resident deserves to feel seen and heard.
Trust in local government starts when residents feel heard, respected, and confident that their concerns matter. I want to make that connection easier, more direct, and more meaningful for the people who call Pickerington home.

Someone who truly reflects this community— Pickerington has grown and changed, and its leadership should reflect that — including the fact that it's been over 30 years since a woman held this office.
I've always loved being part of this community. Whether it's a parade, a fundraiser, or just showing up where I'm needed. I love having fun, rolling up my sleeves, and getting things done for this community.
