Leader. Mom. Neighbor.
Ready to serve Pickerington.
So, who am I, and why am I running for Mayor?
At my core, I’m someone who believes change can be good when it’s thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in what makes a community strong. A fresh lens on our city can bring new ideas, better conversations, and a renewed commitment to helping Pickerington grow into all we’re capable of being.
People often describe me as down-to-earth, with energy that’s hard to miss. To me, that means being approachable, steady, and willing to show up wherever people are. Whether I’m leading a room, cheering on Pickerington athletes, volunteering in our community, or grabbing coffee with a friend, I believe leadership starts with connection.
Leadership has always been one of my greatest strengths. I spent years in corporate leadership at OhioHealth, where I was recognized as a high-potential leader and had the opportunity fast-track my career. In 2021, I left my corporate career because I knew I had a gift for helping organizations grow stronger.
I’ve built a career I’m incredibly proud of, traveling across the U.S. as a motivational speaker, leadership and team trainer. I work with colleges, corporations, nonprofits, and city leaders to help develop stronger leaders, healthier teams, and more connected communities.
I’m a mom, stepmom, and wife. My family is my greatest responsibility and joy, and I believe one of my most important jobs is raising good humans. I’m incredibly proud of my family, and that same belief, that we are building something for the next generation, is a big part of why I’m running for Mayor.

Pickerington is growing, and with growth comes both opportunity and responsibility. I believe we can honor what people already love about this city while also being willing to look ahead, listen to residents, strengthen relationships, and make thoughtful decisions for the future.
A strong community is really a bigger version of the same thing I believe in at home and in leadership:
people showing up for each other, growing together,
and building something that lasts.
Giving back is a huge part of who I am and what I do. Each summer, I have the joy of leading our local swim team as board president — bringing people together and watching kids make memories that last a lifetime.
I also serve as secretary for Thriving Beyond Breast Cancer, an organization close to my heart. Being part of a community that uplifts and supports people navigating one of life's hardest chapters is both a privilege and an honor.
I often donate my time speaking at non-profit events, where I have the honor of sharing messages of empowerment. Whether it's encouraging someone to find their voice, step into their strength, or believe in what's possible — if my words can spark something in even one person, that's more than enough for me.
